Our proprietary system has a proven track record and was specifically developed to address housing needs internationally. It is based on Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) technology platform and made with an innovative composite of proprietary pliable cement skin and proprietary insulated core. Legendary Panels are manufactured in automated factories capable of high volume output, enabling the delivery of an extraordinary number of homes quickly; and our SIP system allows for ultra-rapid construction of homes. The pliable cement skins are very suitable for the most demanding climates, they are weather, fire, and termite resistant and do not require additional costly cladding other than paint that is directly applied. Legendary Panels have the appearance of traditional brick and mortar construction and homes. They are built in advanced state-of the-art facilities that yield large production and competitive costs.

Legendary Panel buildings are prepared in automated factories that require relatively little labor. Components are precision manufactured for easy assembly on the job site. Automation also allows the ability to quickly adjust to high volume needs. In a Legendary Panels fixed factory, just one manufacturing line is capable of producing over 50,000 square meters of living space per month. Our mobile manufacturing facilities are designed to move from job site to job site and capable of producing up to 20,000 square meters of living space per month. Speed: A key advantage of a Legendary Panels structure is building speed. It is up to 10 times faster than brick and mortar construction. Actual installation completion will vary according to the project and the experience of the installation team. On average, a team of six can build a 100 meter square home in 3-5 working days.

Superior Structural Properties: Legendary Panels are structural and extremely strong. They are used for all exterior and interior walls as well as the roof structure. Given their superb strength, multiple story buildings are easily achieved with Legendary Panels.

Ease of Construction: Legendary Panels weigh less than 60 kilograms (approx. 130 lbs), thus are easily handled by two persons without the aid of heavy equipment. Panels are pre-cut at the production facility and delivered ready for installation. The fastening of the panels is simple, requiring only handheld power tools such as drills.

Fire Resistant: Our Legendary Panels flexible cement facing is an extremely ingenious fire barrier. The facing does not conduct heat easily, nor does it contain flammable material.

Mold, Insect and Termite Resistance: Legendary Panel wall systems are not constructed of materials with nutritional values for insects or mold. The proprietary core is chemically formulated to repel insects such as termites. This makes Legendary Panels suitable for wet and dry climates including tropical areas that pose notorious problems for alternative building materials.

Energy Efficiency: Legendary’s environmentally responsible building solutions offer 5 times more thermal insulation then traditional forms of building.
