In partnership with one of our international hospital operators, this state-of-the-art academic hospital and housing complex is designed to serve the Client’s Military of Defense. This 56,000 square meter hospital features two, seven-story bed towers to be built over two floors of medical operations, imaging centers and hospital administrative space. This medical and academic campus also provides 1,240 units of housing to accommodate approximately 1,500 employees and family of foreign healthcare personnel and approximately 400 medical students. These townhouses are located on beachfront properties with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.
