Iconic 4-Star Hotel

Our design for the new 19-story, 350-room hotel  tower presents an impressive structure that will serve as a prominent beacon for our client, and will welcome travelers to and from the nearby International Airport. The goal was to achieve a sense of cultural balance between our client and a well-known Hotel Flag. We accomplished this by designing three distinct, yet intertwined facilities that will serve our client’s citizens and its visitors for several generations. A banquet hall, connected to the hotel lobby via a pedestrian bridge, will feature convention spaces and exhibit halls surrounding a dramatic atrium, while a dynamic reflecting pool to the north will invite hotel guests to enter the banquet space. The third structure will provide ample parking with access to the hotel via an enclosed walkway that overlooks a cascading fountain. The top level of the garage will provide recreational facilities and an Olympic-size swimming pool and terrace. To the south, guests will be able to enjoy a game of tennis on professional clay courts.
