To provide much needed student housing for the Ministry of Higher Education.

Phase one of this project, Legendary will be providing our client new student residence buildings at two University Campuses. University campus one will feature 65 residence buildings totally 13,000 beds, while University campus two will feature 35 residence buildings with 7,000 beds. Suite layouts consist of traditional rooms (shared baths/kitchens/living rooms) as well as apartment suites. Working with the University’s initial requirements, we outlined a series of options to best meet the University’s program and budgetary requirements. The student residence buildings will provide on-campus amenities.
